General Terms and Conditions

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order.

Orders for outside Australia do not include GST. The shopping cart will recalculate the price excluding GST on your final balance. Any import duties will be sole the responsibility of the purchaser.

Product prices in the shopping cart exclude delivery charges. The carriage costs are calculated based on postcode and on the weight and size of your order.   The freight cost for an order can be calculated prior to submitting the order, but adding the item(s) to the shopping cart and selecting "Calculate Delivery" button. 

Under normal conditions goods are dispatched on the same day or next working day. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will be advised of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available. Deliveries will not take longer than 10 working days.

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible. Please read our guarantee.

We maintain a large stock of items but we are at the whim of our supplier, so unfortunately all of our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order can not be fulfilled we will contact you and you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Our website is for sales to Australasia. If you wish to order from outside that area then please contact a Unicycle.com outlet in your area. These partner companies may be able to deliver to certain areas of the world more economically.

Satisfaction

We guarantee our products against any kind of manufacturing defect, however, our responsibility is limited to those items recognised as faulty by ourselves. If your product should develop such a fault we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or refund your money. Contact us as soon as you find a defect with your item and we will then issue you a returns number so that we can track it. We will refund any shipping charges incurred in an authorised return of faulty merchandise. The warrenty covers manufacturing defects only. Due to the extreme nature of some riding, some broken parts might not be covered by warrenty. The claim items need to be sent back to the warehouse for inspection so contact us if you have a claim.

Refunds, If you are unhappy with an item purchased please Contact Us straight away! YOU are our business and if you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct the problem. Should all else fail we offer you a 7 day cooling off period from the date that you receive the goods. Should you decide to return the goods then please contact us and we will issue you with a returns number. Then return the item in an unused condition along with the original packing and a copy of the sales receipt. We will then give you a full refund within 30 days although you will be responsible the cost of return. Note: Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

In order to provide you with products and services, we must collect certain personal information about you like your address and phone number. You can view and edit your personal profile at any time, including removal/inclusion in the mailing list. If you have any questions about data protection please Contact Us.

UDCA Pty Ltd collects and stores all information electronically, and takes reasonable steps to protect such information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or destruction. We shall in no way be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage as a result of the loss or theft of such information held by us. We will not pass your name or personal details to any third party. Your details are as safe as we can make them, and our contact details are in there right beside yours.

You hereby authorise UDCA Pty Ltd (Unicycle.com AU) to collect, use, store or otherwise process any personal information which we require to provide and/or improve its services. You also hereby authorise UDCA Pty Ltd to use personal information provided by you to send regular market updates and information, or market other services offered by us from time to time, to the you. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Complaints Procedure

Should you have any concerns or complaints, please address them in the first instance to info@unicycle.au.com  You will receive an immediate acknowledgement of receipt, and a preliminary response within 2 working days. Our preliminary response will, at the very least, provide a detailed plan and timescale for dealing with the matter you have raised. In most cases we anticipate resolving any issue within 2 days of receipt of your communication. All concerns and complaints will be treated personally, confidentially and seriously. Your satisfaction with the service you have received from Unicycle.com is of paramount importance to us, and we welcome your comments.
