Seat height adjustments are a breeze with this quality aluminium quick release. This light-weight quick release is designed to provide a high clamping force, preventing the seat from twisting within the frame. The diameter of the seat post clamps are larger than the sizes we use as the go over the frame. The size we refer to is the actual seat post diameter or the inside frame diameter. If you are not sure, measure your seat post with some vernier callipers
